fontomatic - our freeware fonts tool

Fontomatic is our freeware fonts tool for adding and removing fonts from windows quickly, easily and in batches. Windows loads all fonts at startup and so it is important to optimise your PC by removing these fonts by copying them to a seperate directory and adding them only when needed. This is one of the main benefits of fontomatic - it allows you to add directories of font files really quickly.

The 4 icon buttons show you the functions of fontomatic. The add font button allows you to add a font by selecting a font file (that windows recognises) from storage. You can then remove this font later by passing fontomatic the same file on the remove font button. The add folder and remove folder buttons work in the same way.

Will fontomatic work for you? Fontomatic is a very small download which have easy access to. It works with Windows 98,ME,2000 and XP, and takes up a tiny amount of memory. It is a really good tool for font addition and removal.

Don't have many fonts? You'll find using different font faces and families in your work will improve the variety many times. You won't just find tacky novelty fonts and overdecorative ones on the web - there are some really good ones that can add a unique flavour to your logos and publishing. MS Reference Sans Serif _ Many Windows systems come without this Microsoft Font. Download the zipped version here, off of our site and install it with Fontomatic to improve your Windows. (Many of our products attempt to use this font, so it will look better if you install it).
DaFont Site - Regularly updated popular free fonts accessible in both English and French. Very well categorised and searchable.
What the Font?! Tool - A very useful tool for determining which font it is you see in the image, on top of myfonts.com which is a very good site for purchasing fonts.
P22 Font Foundry - They have some of the most recognised fonts in the world. We love them, but they cost quite a bit!
