Terms of ServiceWe provide freeware on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE service, and do not guarantee the availability or service for the downloading of freeware. Free accounts are made available on our terms and we reserve the right to remove or ban accounts temporarily or permanently based upon the behaviour of the user. Bought products are provided with an agreement that you will be given access to the download for a minimum of three months, in which you must follow the license agreements for downloading and installing the software. In most cases, one purchase will give you one license to use the software on one computer. Accounts of customers will not be deleted without warning unless good reason is found, e.g. many many downloads are found to have gone to very seperate computers when the bought license did not allow this. red spark studios promise to give you the ability to have your details removed from our database at any time, either through the login system or by email notification. If someone else has falsely used your details we will be happy to remove them for you, provided proof is given. You accept these terms of service when you sign up for an account with us, or you purchase a product. |
